Enough hands
Deadlines are won with people on site. We staff jobs to hit the date, and scale crews up when the schedule moves.

Our logo says it plainly. One arm is lit by the server room, the other by the job site. Both are flexed, because both trades take real work.
Man Power Innovations grew out of commercial construction: build-outs, remodels and the finish work that makes a space usable. As more of those spaces filled up with technology, we added structured cabling so our clients could stop managing a hand-off between two contractors.
Deadlines are won with people on site. We staff jobs to hit the date, and scale crews up when the schedule moves.
Running both trades lets us sequence work smarter: pathways before walls close, cable before ceilings drop.
One company on the contract, one number to call and one crew that owns the result from demo to turnover.
We are hiring cabling technicians, fiber techs, framers and finishers. Construction experience and a willingness to learn the low-voltage side are what we look for.
