Framing, drywall & ceilings

The trades we self-perform. Straight walls, flat finishes and level grid are the details owners notice first and forget fastest when they are done right.

  • Level 4 & 5 finishes

Ceilings

  • Acoustical grid & tile
  • Hard-lid drywall ceilings
  • Bulkheads & soffits
The advantage

Every room built tech-ready

Because we also install the cabling, we frame with it in mind. Backing for racks and panels, sleeves through rated walls and pathways planned before the board goes up. No cutting finished walls later to make room for the wire.

  • Backboards & blocking
  • Sleeves & firestop
  • Tray supports in place
  • Room for the next pull

Questions

Construction questions

What is a commercial build-out?

A commercial build-out turns an empty shell space into a finished, usable interior. Typical scope includes layout, metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings, doors and frames, and finishes, coordinated with the mechanical, electrical and low-voltage trades.

What is a tenant improvement?

A tenant improvement, or TI, is construction work that customizes a leased commercial space for a specific tenant. It can range from a few new walls and finishes to a complete interior build-out, and is often paid for in part by a landlord allowance.

Can you remodel while our business stays open?

Yes. We phase remodels around occupied spaces, with after-hours work where needed, dust and noise control, and daily cleanup, so your team can keep working while the space changes around them.

What is a tech-ready room?

A tech-ready room is framed with its cabling in mind: plywood backboards and blocking for racks and panels, sleeves and firestopping through rated walls, and tray supports in place before the drywall closes. It avoids cutting finished walls later to run cable.
